Professional Property Investors Ms. K and Mr. M took on their most ambitious project yet: the complete overhaul of a Victorian property that was in poor condition. When unexpected costs started piling up, they turned to Lendology for a flexible financial solution to see the project through.

Mr. and Mrs. R, proud owners of a charming 1930s home in Leeds, had long dreamed of upgrading their home’s aging windows to improve comfort and energy efficiency.

M&J have owned Alinthia House since 2005, where they ran a successful care home for many years. After closing the business, the property was vacant for a few years before the owners decided to convert the building into four individual homes.

Mr. F, a homeowner in Bath, wanted to make his home greener and more energy-efficient. To achieve this goal, he decided to install solar thermal panels, a smart water tank, and extensive insulation for both internal and external walls.

Mr. C and Miss W faced challenges with ice build-up on the inside of their windows during winters at their old Somerset property, which was once a Forge.

Dinesh Patel, a resident of Bristol, approached Lendology to transform a derelict residential property into two separate, energy-efficient homes. With support from Lendology’s partnership with South Gloucestershire Council, Dinesh secured a loan for the restoration project. 

Mr. H, approached Lendology for a Renewable Energy Loan to modernise his 1960s bungalow. With the collaborative efforts of Lendology and North Devon Council, Mr. H successfully secured the financing needed to implement fantastic renewable energy measures. 

Mrs. B, an Exeter resident which had a vision to transform her home into an eco-friendly, energy efficient household. Mrs. B had incorporated advanced retrofit measures such as an air source heat pump, underfloor heating, photovoltaic solar panels, a solar-charging battery, a comprehensive heat recovery and ventilation system, and wheelchair accessibility to her downstairs extension.

Mr B approached Lendology for an Energy Efficiency Loan to help remove condensation that was building up on his property’s windows.

Mr B, a homeowner in Exeter with a property dating back to the 1970s, faced the challenge of high energy consumption due to outdated windows and a boiler that had been in service since the property’s construction. 

Mr L approached Lendology for an Empty Property Loan funded by Bath & North East Somerset Council to help restore his empty property. The property had been empty for over a year and meant that valuable housing was unavailable.

Mr. S approached Lendology for a Home Improvement Loan to top up his council funded grant for a roof replacement as the grant didn’t cover the full costs of the works.

Mr L approached Lendology for a Home Improvement Loan to rethatch his roof. Typically, thatch roofs which are more expensive than traditional tiled roofs.

Pow Property contacted Lendology after acquiring a 200 year old derelict building in the heart of Taunton. Mark and Martin Pow renovate run down properties and turn them into upmarket homes for private tenants.

Strada Property Investment took on a property as the owners had moved several years before. The owners were no longer able to visit the property, so it was left in despair.

Mrs W contacted Lendology as she needed a new conservatory roof as her had collapsed.

Homeowners Mr R and Miss C applied for a Lendology Renewable Energy Loan as the couple were looking at financing options to fund a heat pump and solar PV.

Mr and Mrs G had received a grant for a new boiler and needed an energy loan to top up the funds.

Mrs S moved to Braunton, North Devon almost a decade ago, and her new build property was a fantastic example of a new home built fit for purpose.
